Wellington Airport Pick-ups 8am - 6pm.
Once you have cleared customs, please call our freephone number 0800-45-55-65 from any public telephone and we will advise you where our courtesy shuttle is parked outside waiting to meet you.

Vehicle returns 8am–6pm.
Please return to the depot at the time specified on your Rental Agreement, where your vehicle will be checked-in by our staff member. You will then be transferred to the Airport. Please ensure the rental vehicle has been refuelled prior to returning to our depot.

after hours vehicle Returns (6pm-8am).
If you have pre-arranged to leave the vehicle at the airport at the end of your hire, please ensure the vehicle is parked in the correct location (discussed with you at the time of vehicle collection), at the time stated on your Rental Agreement and has been refuelled.

Please note: The hirer is responsible for any loss or damage to the vehicle, until it is checked in by a representative of our company the next morning.
