Airport pick up
When you arrive at the airport we will meet you by the baggage claim, where you will complete the rental agreement. Our airport office is in the airports grounds and all processing can be done from there. Once that is all done we will show you to your rental car.
Please Note: your flight details are necessary as there are more than one flight arriving at the one time.

After hours pick up (8pm - 5.30pm)
You must pre-pay and pre-sign your contract by either visiting one of our other branch locations or by fax. We will then leave the car for you in the carpark with the keys in the glovebox.

Vehicle drop off
You can drop your rental car off at the airport anytime. Please park the car in one of the two about® car parks, afterwards drop the keys off in the rental car key drop box at the entrance of the car park. You will not be charged a fee for this but please make sure you have notified either the Nelson City or Nelson Airport banches prior to leaving your rental car.

Please note: The hirer is responsible for any loss or damage to the vehicle, until it is checked in by a representative of our company the next morning.
