Please make your way to the Apex Car Rentals desk located inside the arrivals hall.

Please meet our company representative in the reception area of your accommodation at the pre-arranged time.

After hours vehicle Pick-up (6pm–8am)
Prior arrangements must be made for vehicle collections outside our office hours of 8am–6pm.

Vehicle Returns
Please contact our company representative on 0800 45 55 65 in advance. They will arrange to meet you 30 minutes prior to your train departure to ‘check-in’ your vehicle. Please ensure you have refuelled prior to this. If you have pre-arranged to leave your vehicle at accommodation at the end of your hire, please ensure the vehicle is at that location, at the time stated on your Rental Agreement and has been refuelled.

Please note: The hirer is responsible for any loss or damage to the vehicle, until it is checked in by a representative of our company the next morning.
