christchurch city car hire - pick up

Christchurch Accommodation and Railway Station Pick-up 8am-6pm.
Please meet our staff member in the reception area of your accommodation at the pre-arranged time.They will carry a signboard with your name on it, and will then transfer you to our depot to collect the vehicle.

After hours vehicle Pick-up (6pm–8am)
We will meet you from your Railway Station or Accommodation. Prior arrangements must be made for vehicle collections outside our office hours of 8am–6pm.

christchurch city car hire - drop off

Vehicle returns 8am–6pm.
Please return to the depot at the pre-arranged time specified on your Rental Agreement, where your vehicle will be checked-in by our staff member. You will then be transferred, if required, to a nearby motel / hotel. Please ensure the vehicle has been refuelled prior to returning to our depot.

Vehicle returns 6pm–8am (after hours).
If you have pre-arranged to leave the vehicle at accommodation or airport at the end of your hire, please ensure the vehicle is at that location, at the time stated on your Rental Agreement and has been refuelled. A charge of NZ$30 will apply to this service.

Please note: The hirer is responsible for any loss or damage to the vehicle, until it is checked in by a representative of our company the next morning.
