Christchurch International Airport Pick-up 8am-6pm.
Upon clearing customs, proceed to the public arrivals area. Please use any public telephone to call us using our free number 0800 45 55 65. You will be advised where our representative is waiting for you. You will be transferred to our Christchurch Airport car hire depot where you will complete the rental agreement.

Christchurch Domestic Airport Pick-up 8am-6pm.

After hours vehicle Pick-up (6pm–8am)
We will meet you from your flight, Railway Station or Accommodation. Prior arrangements must be made for vehicle collections outside our office hours of 8am–6pm.

Vehicle returns 8am–6pm.
Please return to the depot at the pre-arranged time specified on your Rental Agreement, where your vehicle will be checked-in by our staff member. You will then be transferred to the Airport, Railway Station or a motel/hotel in Christchurch. Please ensure the vehicle has been refuelled prior to returning to our depot.

After hours vehicle returns (6pm–8am).
If you have pre-arranged to leave the vehicle at your accommodation or the airport at the end of your hire, please ensure the vehicle is at that location, at the time stated on your Rental Agreement and has been refuelled. A charge of NZ$30 will apply to this service.

Please note: The hirer is responsible for any loss or damage to the vehicle, until it is checked in by a representative of our company the next morning.
