auckland city car hire - pick up

Auckland Hotel Pick-ups 8am - 6pm.
You will be met by an About® New Zealand Rental Cars representative at the entrance to your hotel. You will be transferred to the hire car depot where you will complete the rental agreement.

Vehicle Pick-up 6pm–8am (after hours)
Prior arrangements must be made for vehicle collections outside our office hours of 8am–6pm.

auckland city car hire - drop off

Vehicle returns 8am–6pm
Please return to the depot at the time specified on your Rental Agreement, where your vehicle will be checked-in by our staff member. You will then be transferred to your inner-city accommodation. Please ensure the vehicle has been refuelled prior to returning to our depot.

After hours vehicle Returns (6pm-8am)
If you have pre-arranged to leave the vehicle at the airport at the end of your hire, please ensure the vehicle is at the airport parked in the correct area (discussed with you at the time of vehicle collection), at the time stated on your Rental Agreement and has been refuelled. A charge of NZ$30 will apply to this service.

Please note: The hirer is responsible for any loss or damage to the vehicle, until it is checked in by a representative of our company the next morning.
