The Auckland Airport branch is located a short 5 minute drive from Auckland International Airport. We offer a free shuttle transfer service from our depot to both the domestic and international terminals.

auckland airport car hire - pick up

Auckland International Airport Pick-ups 8am - 6pm.
Upon clearing customs, proceed to the public arrivals area. Please use any public telephone to call us using our free number 0800-45-55-65. An about® new zealand rental cars representative will then leave the depot (approx. 3 minutes away) to collect you from outside Door 8 at the International Terminal. The representative will transfer you to our Auckland car hire depot where you will complete the rental agreement.

Auckland Domestic Airport Pick-ups 8am - 6pm.
After collecting your luggage please use any public telephone to call us using our free number 0800-45-55-65. A representative will collect you from outside the terminal and will transfer you to the rental car depot where you will complete the rental agreement.

Vehicle returns 8am–6pm
Please return to the depot at the time specified on your Rental Agreement, where your vehicle will be checked-in by our staff member. You will then be transferred to the Airport. Please ensure the vehicle has been refuelled prior to returning to our depot.

after hours vehicle Returns (6pm-8am)
If you have pre-arranged to leave the vehicle at the airport at the end of your hire, please ensure the vehicle is at the airport parked in the correct area (discussed with you at the time of vehicle collection), at the time stated on your Rental Agreement and has been refuelled.

Please note: The hirer is responsible for any loss or damage to the vehicle, until it is checked in by a representative of our company the next morning.
